We have received our order of NCx252MP modules from Hypex and are excited to announce their addition to our amplifier lineup!

The NCx252MP incorporates subtle improvements from the lastest NCx technology over the original NC252MP model at a modest price increase per channel. The NCx252MP will immediately replace all 2,4,6,8 channel NC252MP models we had been offering. Case size, features, etc will all remain the same.

And no, the new blue PCB color does not change the sound signature...but they do look nicer than green at least :)

Since it was brought up on another forum, here is clarification on the pricing:

The normal price of the original NC252MP modules changed late in Q3 of 2025 as Hypex anticipated phasing them out due to the upcoming NCx252MP refresh. As such, I lowered the pricing in October on all of our NC252MP modules to reflect the new OEM pricing Hypex extended to me.
So when you compare the price of an NCx252MP amplifier to the discounted pricing we had been offering since October, it comes out to around $20-$25 more per channel. But when compared to the normal NC252MP pricing before end of life discount, the price increase is anywhere from $0 to maybe $5 per channel.

For instance, the standard price of our 8ch NC252MP was $1675 for most of 2025 until the end of life discount offered by Hypex, at which point we lowered it to $1475. So with context, there really was little to no price increase for the new NCx refresh of the MP series amplifiers (had Hypex never refreshed the lineup we never would have had a discount and our normal pricing would never have been lowered to begin with).

Just wanted to clarify as some may be wondering about justification of price increasing with the new models.
