Newbie Windows 10 settings

So I have hear of a ASIO driver that may improve sound quality. Are there any general settings that should be adjusted in Win10 for a USB dac, ie full range speaker option on/off etc?

You should set Windows default sound device to be the one that is not ASIO and that's pretty much it.
