Hi everyone I’m sharing a project I’m working on: OVVOZ.com, a Hi-Fi music player. It works in two parts: the *Core* installs on a Windows PC and plays files through your DAC, while the *Android app* acts as a remote control to select music from your phone (there is no iPhone app yet). What makes it different: • *Bit-perfect*: audio reaches your DAC unaltered via exclusive WASAPI output, and you can verify this at every stage of the signal path. • *DSD via DoP* and high-resolution PCM support. It plays FLAC, WAV, AIFF, MP3, DSF, DFF, and CUE sheets. • *Seamless playback*: pausing, seeking, or skipping tracks causes no clicking sounds, and every session generates a report detailing any dropouts, when they occurred, and what was happening on the PC at that time. • *Measurement*: dynamic range (DR), loudness, and true peak for each track and album, as well as real-time playback metrics. For now, it supports local files only—no streaming services yet. I’m launching a *free trial version* and looking for people with a USB DAC to test it on their systems and share their feedback. If you're interested, sign up at https://ovvoz.com, and I’ll let you know when it’s ready. I use the email address solely for this purpose. Feel free to ask questions here or via private message. Thanks!
