This is so exciting because, after 50 years of fooling around with hi-fi, I'll finally be able to find that elusive "soul" of sound I've been looking for!


Also, KEF speakers already measure among the best, so what are they going to do to attain this "soul" of sound, color the sound up a bit?

The tweeter waveguide looks a lot bigger than the current models. It almost looks like a 3-way concentric driver. Perhaps it is just an artist' impression. We'll find out soon, hopefully.

You're not the intended target. asr as a whole is not the primary target for the the entire active speaker lines from KEF. Always have been the case, will not change, even the provided book often reflect real good work behind the scene.
This is made to appeal to non-audiophile or audiophile that "need to" downsize their gears.
