Here's some audio p0rn for you from Munich.
The DIY preamp kit will cost form 1225,- EUR (I suppose without VAT), including connectors, internal cabling, case, all screws. Just assemble.
Power amp mono kits from 825,- EUR and stereo from 1225,- EUR.

Interesting times!

What's up with the "silver-coated interconnects?" Has Hypex gone and become "Hype-Ex?"

Why are you complaining about the application of the most electrically conductive metal for use in a conductor?

It is not gold plated. Silver. It actually conducts and “sticks” better to the copper, whereas gold plating can flake. Yea, silver oxidises but silver oxide is still a very good conductor. And it won’t oxidise where it is plugged, provided the contact is sufficiently tight. So it is the better choice from the engineering point of view - and definitely not the “audiophile” one.

And cheaper, far cheaper than gold.
