New Drop/ THX PORTABLE?!

I don't as I never had anything like that, just I'd rather have a DAC/Amp combo, as my phone doesn't even have 3.5, like many other new ones.

Bingo number 2 is, very expensive if all its doing is amplifying brilliantly a rubbish dac /amp in front of it.

Yup. I'm struggling to see either use or value.

1% THD?! That doesn't sound like THX AAA. Maybe that 111mw represents performance at near clipping where distortion rises rapidly – and if so, why not publish performance specs at the linear range? Very odd…

Well, I have a XDUOO X10TII, and I always would liked to plug the apple dongle on it (because my Mojo make the stack a monster), and maybe this amp could be the right addon with (finally !) volume control.
Am I right ?

Glad I searched before posting. Looking a an in-line headphone amp for my HD6xx when using with my iPad mini for movies. The mini gets the cans loud but is lacking. I’ll order off Drop and report back.
