New DL-110 stylus cantilever bent?

Hi,

Decided to treat myself now the kids have grown up. I purchased a new cart from Amazon (Japanese seller).

I contacted Denon (UK) and they said return it. But the seller is trying to say Denon Japan said this is normal if the needle is within the line, but it's not....

My Audio Technica 33PTG/II looks similar.

Today I would not accept something like that - back in the days I was unexperienced enough not to return it.

I used to sell Denon cartridges some time ago: this one seems to be broken or badly assembled. Send it back.

I’ve posted it back to Japan and ordered another one direct from Amazon US.
