Hi,
I can no longer seem to connect to my KH 750 to the Neumann.control app and thus not being able to control the system from the app any longer.
Used to work no problem.
I can locate and identify the KH80’s and I can see the Sub and serial number in the setup selection within the app. But it will not let me actually select the sub to include in the system.
All backpanel settings correct.
I can connect and see all elements when using the MA 1 software on my computer. But as this is all automatic, I can’t see how much, if any delay is being added to the sub.
Tried resetting to factory defaults on each occasion.
I have third party correction software, and want to use Smaart to work out the sub delay/ phase; and purely only want the Neumann control to adjust sub delay. As I’m using a two output s/card I’m linking thru the sub.
Which was perfectly doable using the app.
Is this just a problem that’s newish, as the app is now not supported.
Unfortunately it feels like a step back on features I previously had access to.
If anyone has any ideas that would be marvellous. Haven’t heard anything back from Neumann support.
