Sorry, but this is misleading. It not just "happens". Georg Neumann GmbH has been part of Sennheiser since 1991. Sennheiser then also acquired Klein und Hummel in 2005 and has since further developed their products under the "Neumann" name. The team and everything was taken over from Klein und Hummel, even the head developer (Markus Wolff) is the same to this day. Hence the "KH" in the Neumann product names.
Klein und Hummel has been making studio equipment from the 1960s. So the Neumann KH products are really looking back to a lot of history and experience with studio monitors.
