Hi All, I will keep this short. I used to undergo a bimodal tinnitus therapy called Neosensory, similar to Lenire. I won't spent time talking about this therapy as you can Google it.

Neosensory ceased operations, it was abrupt and with little to no communication to their customers. Neosensory was an app that works with a hardware and requires internet authentication in order to be used. Neosensory, shut down their servers when they ceased operations. App now no longer function. The therapy was $1k+, customers got screwed, myself included.

Recently I had a flare up and I didn't want to try Lenire yet, because (a) Lenire is expensive and (b) there is no guaranteed that it will work for me and Neosensory is proven to work for me, and work VERY well; at it's peak, my tinninus disappeared completely. But it requires maintenance, hence the flare up.

As a former software engineer, I have used AI to help me build a replacement as all the science and protocol was publicly published.

Any former Neosensory customer who still have the wristband and is interested, hit me up.

My contribution to ASR. Hopefully one person, of course I won't name, who thinks rather low of my technical abilities will finally give me just a little bit more respect on my technical abilities

Hi. My wife used the neosensory app for tinnitus with great success. The app died on her today. What can we do do? Do you have something she can download?

Unfortunately, this world is full of ungrateful and entitled brats who somehow thinks the world owes them something. As such I no longer will be providing this to anyone.

I provided the APK file to just one person before you, and I specifically stated that I am doing this as a kind gesture and will not be providing technical support there after. Yet, this person has been harassing me days.

Here is are some snippets of what they said to me: "What kind of customer service is this?" "This is false marketing and this app is a dud." "I have been chasing you for days for support to only be ignored. . .even Microsoft provides better service than you. . ."

You don't want to see my reply, it was pretty nasty.

Anyway, lesson learned, kind gesture and charity is treated as entitlement by idiots of the world.

Wow, very sorry for your experience. I assume there I more to it than just a quick download. I realize you’re a private person so I understand I wouldn’t expect a corporate experience. I gotta be honest, Neosensory was no picnic with customer service. lol.

I don't need that but I think it's a bit childish to give up after just one day because of one person and one bad experience.
Why don't you just make the APK available for download somewhere, without including any contact information, so that no one can bother you?

Where you able to recreate it. Would be greatly appreciative if you can help me run it again.
I have the wristband and it was working fine until april 2026 when the app was removed from app store
