Recently picked up the VU3 pro from Douk Audio. It has a claimed 350 W pass through capacity and other “circuit improvements”. Maybe the distortion performance is improved with this version over that tested by Amirm, I don’t know. Either way I am satisfied with this thing and don’t notice any signal degradation with it. It even recalls the last channel and vu meter light settings on power up.
 
I see that allows driving both pairs at once, I think Neohipo does not?

Does the VU3PRO also have the mic for use outside the signal path?

That was a feature i was particularly looking for, both channels simultaneously. I’m not sure if the Neohipo does do this. Yes it has a responsive mic for the vu meters. You can switch this off when using the internal signal path. Works really well and has a good sensitivity range.
