Need help with hooking up my XLR mic to XBOX S/X via Focusrite Scarlett’s 2i2 4th gen

I’m needing to buy a few more items to make this work out properly…if I had a 3rd gen it would be easier but the one I have has only USBC and I can’t directly connect that to the Xbox and expect something. I know imma need to connect via HDMI and have a splitter but that’s abt all I know I’m not wanting to hear myself through the headset, all I want is for the mic audio to come through on my Twitch stream. Thanks, I’ll try to provide more info if needed.

If the drivers work with the X-Box (probably) you should be able to use a USB-C adapter or adapter-cable. The type of USB connector shouldn't matter.

I don't know how HDMI is related...
