Need a DAC suggestion

Hi Guys i‘d need some help im using currently my Sennheiser HD 490 Pro with my 8 year old Creative G5 since the last few months i have the problem that my DAC disconnects or even don‘t boot up when i start my PC. I‘ce literally tried everything i could find on the internet to solve my problem a lot of users got the same problem most of them with no luck to solve it. So my frustration is huge and i want to buy a new DAC.

My main usage is gaming but i dont need fancy stuff i just use my Headphone on the DAC my Mic is an Antlion ModMic Wireless.


I could get for 100€ one of these DAC‘s my question is which one would you guys suggest me to get and why.
Would you even suggest me another one ?

I could grab the Fosi K7, Fiio K11 (non R2R) or the Topping DX 3 Pro+ i‘ve read the reviews on these but i have to clue about the measurments im not an audiophile who could tell by its sound if a brown or a white rice grain fell to the ground. ^^

I’m just annoyed with my situation.

Ive also read about dongles but i dont know if its a solid choice for Desktop use only.

Thanks mate, so ive read through the reviews of the Fosi DS2 and Jcally JM20 Max i could get the Fosi for 50€ and the Jcally for around 20€ but ive read some bad reviews about the Jcally, quiet a few users said they had to replug it dont wanna mess with this trying to go away from that would be the Fosi a solid choice for my desktop usage or would any of the above mentioned dac have better quality? I‘ll simply just plug it in and thats it. Dont need a volume knob i dont change that much my volume its really just for the Sennheiser HD 490 and 99.9% gaming.

Any other better options than the Fosi DS2?

The Fosi K7 had a good review and has a microphone input. That would be my favorite.

If you're just gaming, a dongle would be perfectly fine.

The first on I got was an FiiO K11 DAC for $30 on Amazon. Cheap. Sounds good.
