There are two kinds of Fosi V3: "V3"(it's stereo) and "V3 mono". I'm interested in V3(stereo):D

Sorry, I somehow assumed that it is the mono model you'd be interested in as it measures way better than the stereo version. I don't think going from Nad C328 to Fosi V3 stereo would be an upgrade but if one just wants to try out different things, why not. :)

I was about to buy a pair of V3 monos but bought a Hypex Ncore based stereo power amp from Audiophonics instead.

If you want to a modestly powerful integrated amplifier using Class AB topology, you have found it in C 316BEE V2.
Just treated myself with one, temporarily replacing a Musical Fidelity amp (which I like a lot), I'll move the NAD to another place in my flat soon. The NAD does a great job, looks a bit vintage and is quite heavy for such a compact device. Just a pity that I won't have a use for its phono input right now. Wondering for how long they will keep it in their program, glad that I got a copy.

V1 designed in UK, made in Taiwan. V2 designed in Canada, made in China. Bjorn Erik Edvardsen must have moved from England to Canada when Lenbrook moved NAD’s HQ there.
The V1 was released circa 2008. Lenbrook acquired NAD in 1999. The V1 and V2 came to market 9 years later, which were indeed designed by Edvardsen who develped this and other products while leading the R&D lab at Lenbrook HQ in Pickering, Ontario. The UK had no direct involvement in the product design or development. It was entirely accomplished by a UK citizen with Canadian permanent resident status within Canada. Mr. Edvardsen returned to England in retirement.

Hello guys. 2 years onward since this review. Has anyone here actually fried their 316 BEE V2. ? Since it's a direct descendent from the first BEE 3020 from the later seventies, I would like to pair it with Ortofon 445 speakers of that era to hear something a tad better, but still coherent. Any other "classic design" refined into an more actual model with such quality for a phono preamp ?

I doubt if there are numerous cases of this amp frying. It has unique bulb protection for excessive current being supplied to power amp circuit or speakers.
