My speaker woofers barely move despite deep bass and sufficient volume – why?

And a note of warning as we are in cone movement thread.
The moment one sees its woofers moving rather slowly reaching half or more of their xmax it's time for checking music/source/whatever for DC or near there output.

Not a nice thing to have.
 
At home, you're usually around 50-60 dB, rarely 65 dB. Anything above that quickly leads to problems with the neighbors.
Even in Salzburg (when we had a single house there [but with relatively close neighbors]), that would be too low of a level to be tolerable by me.
70-75 db would be what I would call normal.
I have mostly lived in single houses, although I have lived in a couple of condo's.
I do not usually live in a condo, and the ability to share sounds with my neighbors,
is one of the reason's that I don't.
 
Often times exaggerated woofer movement is indicative of speakers playing below their port tuning frequency. While visually exciting, this is very bad for fidelity.
Yes but dont forget that 10-20hz above tuning freq will bottom out as quickly

What i can see they have a tuning freq at 35 - 40hz and the woofer fs looks to be higher then that
 
Check the spectrum of your source track in the the video.
To my ears, it seems very bass light.
Try a track like this with a bit of very simple music and well defined bass guitar (or synth?).

Hi, after watching many videos - for example this one showing how the woofers of the Diva 5 visibly move at the right volume and track, I don’t understand why this is not happening in my case. My woofers barely move at all

I even set in Wiim EQ 40-60Hz +7dB, and cone is still not moving
Sorry for the dumb question, but, are you using a sub?

And/or what kind of volume is being used for the "cone recursion" test?
 
It is also worth keeping in mind that with bass reflex speakers, woofer movement is significantly reduced at the port resonance frequency.
The port resonance frequency is likely to be at a different frequency for each model of speaker being compared.
So when playing slow frequency sweeping deep bass test tones, or a walking bass line through two different speaker models (near each models specific port resonance), each model can exhibit greater or less woofer movement relative to the other at different bass frequencies.
