My ASIO driver does not work

Hello,

here I bought myself a USB card that I installed on my Quloos A690 amp:

https://www.audiophonics.fr/fr/inte...rface-usb-xmos-pour-quloos-qa690-p-12715.html

Once installed I need the Xmos drivers. But I don't really understand which ones to install.

So I went to my amplifier's website and found this:

http://www.qlshifi.com/?id=68

I took the Xmos 4.13 driver. But once installed in windows it goes no further than 24bit 192 KHz. I want 32 bit.

So I can't listen to DSD DSF format. How to unlock this.

Thanks

River :)

With the drivers of my top DX7 pro for my H800S I don't have this problem.

It doesn't appear to support 32bit...

But then why sell this card for 32 bit in DSD format?

Looks like Audiophonics have got this wrong. They should take the item back or give you a discount for misrepresenting it's capabilities.

Avec le Topping sur
What output you use in Jriver?Have you configured it properly?
I am using xmos outputs. Whichever one I take doesn't work.

And again on Windows with the topping I can go up to 32bit 384000 hz. With USB xmos I can't go more than 24 bit 192000 hz

Impossible then with such a low speed to make DSD. Yet the card is specified DSD. It's really annoying.

Mail Quloos to confirm you the correct capabilities and if so ask audiophonics for refund.

Maybe uninstall and remove the XMOS drivers.
Post #4 says you need them but this is probably because Windows didn't support UAC2 up to 2017.
UAC2 is needed for sample rates > 96.

After removing them, reboot and check in the win audio panel if Win recognize the device.
If so, check the highest bit depth/ sample rate allowed by the native Win USB drivers.

Thank you for your reply.

Windows actually recognizes USB. But it also goes no further than 24 bit 96HZ
