I bought a Draco DAC and connected it via USB to the Eversolo DMP-A6 but the Eversolo does not recognize the external DAC (for testing I connected another DAC via the same USB cable, a Topping E30, and it works fine).

I tried connecting the Draco and Eversolo via an optical/toslink cable for testing and it works fine.
Then I connected the Draco to the PC and installed the drivers, but it didn't work there either.

Do you have any ideas on what could be done to make it work?

Unfortunately it's not new, it's second hand.

Yes, I tried it and it didn't change.

Open it, look for obvious issues like loose connectors, not properly seated daughter boards, etc. If you ruled out cabling sounds like it’s a hardware fault. If no luck use SPDIF, no biggie.

The Eversolo streamer was measured here at ASR to perform beyond human hearing. A dac cannot improve upon that. I would advice you to return the dac and spend the money somewhere else, like on roomcompensation eq.

I open the unit and it looks like someone is messing with USB connection...

Did the seller warn you about the defect?
He didn't mention anything. When I asked him now, he said that he didn't even use it (usb), he only used coax and optic. He also bought it second hand, so I am third hand.

Ignorance is no excuse.

Even if he did not damage the USB connector and did not know about it, he sold you a defective product as fully working.

You're well within your rights to demand a refund.

Insert the USB cable and lift it up a little bit to see if the metal shell makes contact with the solder. Is that works, then try and resolder it.
It might be hard because you don't want to overheat the solder due to the resistors being surface mount.

Solder on the left connecting the shell to 2 resistors? Might be from the factory, see if you can find insides pictures online and compare to what you see.
Here is the picture from the web

...no solder...

Hmm, odd. Might be just grounding. But if not probably worth a shot and remove it if you have the skills.

I could find only pictures with green PCB. Maybe the red PCB was for some preliminary series - then some manual soldering adjustments would make sense.

This picture would suggest the R22 and R59 resistors handle connection of the USB shield to the Earth terminal of the PSU, perhaps a divider with the midpoint taken to the capacitor (not implemented on the red PCB). It may suggests the manufacturer changed the USB shield/ground arrangement later on.

Yes, my pcb is all red and have a heatsink...and a little bit differenet layout of capacitors

Maybe they had to redesign the USB grounding arrangement because the USB port is right next to the power-line switch which may have caused some issues... just guessing...
