Hi all,
I recently acquired a Thorens TD 280 MKII. Quite a newbie, but have a good ear, so like to set up the best possible setup for my budget. Since I can get a Denon DL-110 for quite cheap (200€) I'm now also looking for a pre-amp which would suite this setup quite as well and would be around or below 100€.
For now checked:
- NAD PP-1 (this one I can get used for half price)
- Rega Fono mini (apparently very similar to NAD)
- Music Hall Mini Phono (as I saw is quite ok, S/N is also higher, personal favourite - not many reviews out there)
- Pro-ject Opticalbox e (apparently some smushy sounds on the lower end)
- any other recommendations are welcome
Would be really glad and grateful to get some direct comparison on them if possible or at least experiences.
Tnx upfront for the help!
