Multiple small amplifiers for 2 +1 speakers

That is, as I see it, the best way to do it. DSP/Equalizer feeding the power amps with short cables and long thick cables passively from the power amps.

My question is how you best mage that with the smaller class D amp, each with its own supply, handling a subwoofer or two. Chinese audio has not yet devised a way to do it for high end projects using their small amps.

I come from the times when passive and active crossovers were discussed between more critical audiophiles. The problem was the expensive power amps that you had to use. Now the amps are cheaper. It should be a time to discuss an implementation like the one I explained.
Logically, the answer is DSP Plate amps with Digital in, like those from Hypex, Platin, Wondom, Arylic.

That way, there are no low-level cables and the speaker cables are kept as short as possible.

The problem of vibration affecting electronics becomes effective then. It's just what I am critic of.

I disagree. But I was looking for help on a question I raised,, and I'm not getting it.

I'd prefer to cut the discussion and look for the help I was asking. How to manage multiple amplifiers working together with separate DSP on each and centrally controlled and powered from only one AC line.

Thanks for the info!

Now, where and what type are the new input and output connectors? They do not show any.

The board does not have conventional RCA or XLR input/output connectors. It uses board-mounted PH 2.0 mm and Mini-Fit 3.0 connectors, and the corresponding cables are included.

The analog input is a PH 2.0 mm 4-pin connection, with the supplied cable ending in a 3.5 mm female jack. The speaker outputs use the two supplied Mini-Fit 3.0 6-pin cables.

If you want RCA or XLR connectors on the amplifier's rear panel, those are not part of the board itself: you have to add them to your DIY enclosure and wire them to the appropriate PCB connectors.

So there are no "missing" input/output connectors on the board — the manufacturer has chosen cable/board connectors rather than panel-mounted RCA/XLR sockets.

So we will have to wait until someone implements a unit that can be used by anyone, with standard inputs/outputs.

There are already units that can be used by anyone, for example the WiiM amplifier, to which you just need to add an amplified sub. Otherwise, it is necessary to go through DIY (do-it-yourself/autoconstruction). Of course, this requires obvious skills in electronics and DSP programming.

Not enough.

The unit I am talking about would include at least one or two sub amplifiers, all amplifiers together with a common power supply. And DSP to control it all from a single unit.

Thanks, Melomane.

Now we are getting somewhere. Two boxes with internal AC supplies. Perhaps we can expect some manufacturer that merges boxes into one, and that increases the output, particularly at 4 ohms.

Or perhaps there's way to adjust the DSP from the power amp box

this are two examples of 4-channel DSP/amplifier units.
Naturally, the DSP is adjustable via a USB connection.
The first box delivers 60W at 4 ohms, the second 350W at 4 ohms.
Isn't that enough?

It certainly is. I didn't see that spec.

Perhaps we get a Fosi or Aiyima version of the same setup?
