Does such a desktop device exist?

My work office setup is a Denon AVR being fed from a Topping DX3 Pro. I'd like to replace the AVR with a MiniDSP flex (that then goes to separate power amps for mains+sub) so that I can get full room correction. But the AVR has several devices connected to it. I'd like to feed everything through the DX3 pro but it only has digital inputs.

2 or 3 stereo analog inputs with ADC to connect to DX3 Pro via spdif or toslink. Exist?

What is lacking in the Denon's full room correction?

I use an old MSB PAD-1 which I measured and reviewed here. I have a spare ADD-1 if you're interested.

How about a simple analog switcher device like this one https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...vc2361-6-channel-volume-control-review.55446/ (there are cheaper options too) and then send its output to a plain old ADC?

A cheaper option of that would definitely work. MiniDSP has their pocket ADC that is pretty cheap.
EDIT: Another expensive option that fits the ecosystem is Topping's Pre90 + Ext90 into a MiniDSP Pocket ADC.

What is lacking in the Denon's full room correction?

Leaves a lot to be desired for tailoring the result to my preferences. And the crossover has only 20Hz increments.

The AVR itself is big, generates a lot of heat and the screen is starting to fail (even though it's only 7 years old).

Now that is cool. I am interested. How come the 90's had such cool shit that solves many of today's audio problems?

I know!

Here's the manual for the ADD-1 if you're really interested. One cool feature is auto switching based on priority of input ICs.

No Audyssey app?

As far as I can tell none of the Audyssey apps support the AVR-1613.
No, that model is too old for the Audyssey Editor App, atho looks to have remote control app capability (which wasn't very good anyways). Only has the lowest level of Audyssey (MultEQ) and looks to be about 13 years old now.

It was an old floor model model when I bought it 7 years ago. Got it cheap.

MiniDSP Flex to separate power amps will be better. Need inputs moved to the DX3 Pro.

Curious, you have a passive sub where your power amps are working on speakers and subs? Or just powered subs for the subs' amps? Wow 6 years on the floor, would hope such would be steeply discounted :) I'm still fine with the avrs, and the Audyssey Editor App is pretty flexible.

It was cheaper than many chinese class-d amps coming out lately. It wasn't in use on the floor just sitting on a shelf. Wasn't a bad buy, but I can do better now.

The sub is a CSS SDX12 driver in an enclosure I made driven by a Crown XLS 2502. probably replacing it with a CSS SBX10 and a smaller crown amp. Moving the SBX12 setup to my home office.

Mains are currently powered from the Denon, I would buy a separate power amp for the mains once I replace the Denon with a MiniDSP. Something like the topping PA5 II. Then the MiniDSP would output 3 channels L/R to the PA5 II and summed to the crown.

I might also upgrade to the DX5 Lite at that point. Then the signal chain is 100% balanced.

Thanks for the full explanation! I'd want something more powerful than the Topping Pa5II in any case. Currently I use my 2502 as L/R mains amps in my larger room's system. Mostly I've used my XLS 1500 amps on diy subs, tho I did get the 2502 more with subs in mind.

Will this work?

For my work setup it's nearfield bookshelves. 50wpc is enough.

I saw the 2502 specs and was like... oooh I can run two SDX12s in stereo... so now I have two new SDX12s with passive radiators sitting in my garage... lol
