Does using more than one dac chip proven any kind of superiority over single dac (stereo-Or Multichannel) design ? Given that many of single chip ones perform very well, what motivates manufacturers to use more than one chip in their design like more output voltage by summing up them? Or is it just pure marketing idea to say dual dac , quad dac and so on ?

Running multiple chips in parallel can lower the noise level. In practice, this is of little benefit since even a single (decent) chip has much lower noise than any recording.
Not related to this, but is this the similar principle in mind for using resistors and caps in parallel in speaker croosovers ?

Mostly: marketing.

You have the data to see on ASR that best performing DAC are mono-chip based. For multichannel, some chips are limited to 2 or 4 channels, so you'll need more for obvious purposes.

Also, multi-chips have nothing to do with output voltage.

I believe there is a way to boost SINAD by 6DB using a pair of stereo chips. However, the newer chips have such good performance that this approach is no longer necessary.

Paralleling resistors and capacitors probably has more to do with reducing inductance (of resistors) and effective series resistance (of capacitors).
