MSO Filter Problem

I optimized my four subs with MSO and when I installed the Biquad filters into the MiniDSP flex I lost the sub volume. MSO provided five sets on filters for four subs, one for each DSP sub channel output and one for the main input. All is will until I install the input filters the volume drops to zero and I have to max all the gain from the AVR, DSP and subs. Only than can I hear the subs.

I have attached all the screen shots and the one for the DSP input PEQ graph shows everything upside down which I think is my volume problem. This happens every time I optimize with MSO, I tried taking different REW measurements and different MSO setting. I don't know why this is happening and was hoping someone could help me figure this out Thank You
:)

Responding to an older thread, but incase you have not already found a solution, your input filters appear to be stacking up resulting in a very large total amount of cut. Check out the new video for MSO 2.0 I posted in my sig below for some suggested settings.
