John from Stereophile mentions about MQA filters being applied to non-mqa files in this review. I am assuming this is not good and should not be done. Does this mean MQA filters are applied to non-mqa files whether the source is files stored on the internal hard disk or its streamed from Spotify or Tidal? Are these filters optional and can be disabled? Has this issue been resolved in test firmwares?
