Agreed, there are plenty of ugly horn systems out there, but non-horn lovers don't have to look too far to find ugly speakers to suit their fancy.

While I would not call the Vapor Nimbus ugly, I wouldn't call it very pretty either. What I would say is the cabinets were an extreme undertaking for Ed to build, and that Pete knows his way around a proper xover. I never got a chance to hear them.
The Vapor Derecho on the other hand I found very pretty.

I had to Google them... never heard of them. They may be the best sounding speakers ever, I have no opinion, but very pretty?
They are not terrible looking, but Sonus Faber does this look much better.
