Most beautiful speakers in the world ?

Maybe if you knew where they got their inspiration you'd appreciate the design more?

that's good for a camera, it makes it very durable (yes, i've used this type of Bolex film camera to make short films in the analog times). But for speakers, especially hifi speakers this is not a good design i think also. And the Barefoots even make it worse by replacing the metal by cheap plastic (those i saw years ago at least)

An interesting way of achieving sound, music https://rutube.ru/shorts/19690c7372551216d0caae942494af2d/
There are 3 short videos after this one. Experiments are ongoing since about 2020 or so. Whether they are nice looking or not yet to be seen. One day a markatable product would arrive. Maybe you can access RuTube over there. Safari cannot open this link, Chromium based browsers and Firefox based browsers can.

In the spec sheets of the webpage it writes

Drive Units:
300mm Harbeth-made bass unit
200mm Harbeth-made RADIAL drive unit
21mm ferrofluid-cooled tweeter

If the woofer size is stated correctly (and I doubt it is larger than 12"/300mm) the mid driver does look from the proportions not like a 8"/200mm but rather like a 5"/130mm or 6.5"/165mm to me?

Blade Brothers Blade Vibe. The enclosure is made from recycled wind turbine blade.

Ok. Kudos for creativity and thinking outside the box. It’s a little pointy, but I do like it despite said pointy. :)

What troubles me more is their choice of Amp Stand!

What in the name of all that’s good in the world were they thinking?!! The flimsiest wire mesh patio chair? C’mon. IKEA wouldn’t even sell that, and I sure as hell would choose to go back inside from whatever restaurant or cafe patio was furnished with those in hopes of finding something “nicer” to sit on.

At least use a milk crate or some cinder blocks. Sheesh!

:p

Nice to see Harbeth doing something new. Expensive compared to the competition though.

£23,000!
The Herberth NLE-3 presents itself with an imposing architecture, its bass driver spanning nearly the full width of the cabinet, a true 12-inch transducer. The midrange unit, with a diaphragm that appears to measure some 6 inches across, is mounted in a chassis whose surround adds at least another 15 millimetres to its profile. At the top end, the tweeter is sourced from SEAS, a respected Scandinavian manufacturer, commanding around €70 each; its titanium sibling, incidentally, approaches €100.
While the engineering and component pedigree are not in question, the NLE-3’s retail price is decidedly ambitious. One cannot help but observe that alternatives such as the Canton Reference 1 operate on a demonstrably higher level, in fact, several classes above, while remaining below the €20,000 threshold. It is, therefore, difficult to justify the Herberth’s position in a marketplace where true reference loudspeakers are available at a more convincing cost-to-performance ratio.

That amp stand is to be interpreted as ... marketing visual capture ... why bother?
