The drivers look like some Philipine fullrange drivers i've seen. I don't remember the name, but they seems to be popular over there.
Focal makes both the drivers and the housings in house, so they got it way cheaper than you who needs to buy them (with some steps that take their profit in between).They retail here at £1200 each which suggests the BOM cannot be more than £120 per speaker. The tweeters might retail at a grand but that's not what they cost Focal.

That's the original veneer from Genelec1030a or 1031a covered in birch veneer. It looks like there's an old 1092a subwoofer underneath, which I had as a young boy.
