I'd hardly call that excessive treble. It's aroundb3-4 dB down on average comapared to the midrange. I think people are too accustomed to seing a 10 dB downward sloping Harman curve for listening position FR.

I'm just used hearing that, a 3-4dB slope is too bright for me.

I have to say this is the most disappointing thread ever. I have seen nothing that is amazingly beautiful. The horn speakers would just dominate a room while looks amazing on their own in a way a steam engine does, simply not something I would want in my front room

Then you haven't looked at all 3,648 posts before yours. While I agree there are some of the world's most hideous creations featured on these pages, there are quite a few examples of gorgeous design as well.

How did you achieve that directivity control from 150 Hz up ? Is it attributable to cancellation between both 15" drivers ?
