Now I am wondering if they did more manipulations to her picture!

The hands look too similar.

They're exactly they same hand... you can see the black strip at the top of the multipass is the dark background in the main picture, photo-shopper has just changed the tone of the skin colour to better match the other pic.

Nonsense. Your computer is simply not resolving enough. Clearly, the more expensive picture has tighter bass, better sound staging and micro details not to mention liquid chocolatey mids.

Their right hands holding the Multi Pass... fingers bent virtually exact, tip of the index finger in the same place, almost as if mom's hand was photoshopped into daughter's pic?
