Hello, all. Will this Monolith stand work with my Reference 1 Meta's? If so, how would I go about connecting them? If not, what are some better options? I really don't want to buy the official Kef stands at their ridiculous price. Thanks.

Do you have kids or pets which require you to "connect" the speakers to the stands?

If not, consider just using sorbothane. My speakers don't slide off, even if the stands are tilted 20 degrees.

Hey, no kids or pets, though I am pretty clumsy :) . This seems like a good idea!
I am actually interested in how one goes about a full connection. Do you just hope that the speakers have screw holes in the same place as the stands?

It isn't hard to drill holes to match the hole layout of the Kef. With such a nice speaker, it's probably worth drilling 8 holes to avoid being knocked over. The holes won't hurt the stand and you'll never be able to see them even if repurposed for other speakers in the future.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I ended up finding some night stands that were almost perfect. I'll probably get the official stands eventually, though.
