X4800H. The rest of the speakers in the 7.2.4 system are much more modest. Polk XT15's for surrounds, Polk T15's for height, RSL 10 MK2 sub, and Dayton Audio BSK2 bass shaker kit for recliner.
Yup, I could not move the v10 an inch. Couldn’t tell the difference in the demo and to be honest I got the illusion that it actually sounded muddier due to placement as you can see in my photo. They are all uncalibrated though and I’m sure with some effort it will both sound great with the v10 being the better choice for big halls. Anyways I got the 888 for my living room.
Nice setup btw having a center channel like that did not cross my mind.

The 888 as a center channel wasn't my intention. I had an Emotiva C1+ that did the job just fine. My original pair of 888's were faulty (connection plate/crossover was glued in and wouldn't come out without a chisel to repair a rattle at low frequency on one of them) and after Mofi sent a replacement pair they never sent a truck to pick up the faulty ones. After waiting for 5 or 6 weeks I decided to move furniture around and put the one without a rattle (yet?) as a center.
