Hey guys, could somebody recommend a good quality MMCX 3.5 mm cable for IEM? With good quality I don't mean some magical improvements in sound quality, but rather a good build quality that will work at least few years. My Thieaudio Monarch MK3 original cable has untangled itself and now is a pile of mess. Also the way how different jacks connect to the cable is very stupid as it always disconnects when you accidentally pull the cable.

There must be dozens on AliExpress for you to choose. Recently I bought this one and it is thick and well made, not too expensive.

No doubts there are plenty, but at the same time you can get lost in cables sea and still buy a poor quality cable without touching it physically. Thanks for recommendation, looks like a good option.

For cheaper these are not too bad an option as well.

Before upgrading to Truthear x Crinacle Zero: Red IEMs, I used Shure SE215 IEMs as my daily drivers for 12.5 years and would recommend it based on my experience. Only once in that entire time the cable broke. While I haven't experienced any problems with the Truthear cable, it is is very flimsy in compariaon. The Shure cable is so much sturdier. It's not even a comparison.

Wot he says ^ , Tripowin cables are rather good vfm

I find the Linsoul Tripowin Zonie cables work well and are not too prone to tangle. I have a couple of 0.78 2 pin / 2.5mm TRRS cables, I presume the MMCX variants work just as well.

I will third this. I replaced the crumby stock cable on the Salnotes 7Hz Zero 2 with this cable and it's miles better, and still serving me well after two years of regular use.

I thought that IEM was 2 pin? Are you planning to use an adapter?
That was my mistake, it's 2 pins indeed. I went with Nicehck cable. Will try Tripowin if this one fails, but I probably will work just fine.

There are variations of 2 pin so make you you get the right one

Thanks guys, I think I went for the right one :D
