it's common practice to place the listening position 38% the distance between the front and back-wall.

Went through Jesco placement guide, loving this guy!
tried to place the sweet spot in front of the wide wall
and it gave better results.
attached a new measurements with a sub connected

It's very obvious that you have a floor/ceiling bounce at 80Hz to 100Hz. try to raise the subwoofer off the ground.

Center looks the best.

You might wanna try running Sonarworks again with this new more "EQ-workable" response. You'll still have a big chunk of bass playing at a lower level (and some ringing), but it's definitely a work in progress.

What is your current crossover frequency and slopes?

Sub seems to be a little late, but it may be possible to improve this by adjusting xo or also using REW's Alignment Tool. Pink noise and RTA window running at the same time can also be used effectively to make adjustments in the xo, phase and gain parameters in real-time.

About 30ms late... under 10 or 20ms would be better.

*Though he does need to have the ability to add delay to the mains LR channels. Maybe that option is not available...
