I own the same surround processor (C61R), Allo transport into a coax digital or a miniDSP usb-to-S/PDIF converter with 8 channels into the MD1 or MD2 inputs. I prefer to use Roon’s convolution engine for room correction with custom filters from homeaudiofidelity.com (HAF)

I've heard from some that HAF gives better sounding results than both Dirac and REW. Has this been your experience?
