miniDSP SHD as measuring audio interface, how to ?

new here, greetz
Can I use a miniDSP SHD for analog measurements with REW ?
How exactly would I route signals ?
i-e- analog in / out measuring of equipment,
or
ref file > DAC > measure distortion with the SHD
or
ref file > DAC > record analog with the SHD
( > compare outputs of DACs sonically in a DAW / looped , maybe nulltests ? )
