How does the Flex HT behave when you switch to an non-HDMI input? Does it still show up as a CEC device to the connected tv? Similarly, if you connect via usb to a computer, does it show up as an audio output option even when the flex isn’t set to USB input?
Asking because my current DAC has an unfortunate behavior that if I connect apple tv -> tv -> dac, set up the dac as the cec control device, and then switch the dac off the hdmi input, waking the apple tv no longer wakes either the tv or the dac. Hoping the flex ht might be a solution.
