DIY room treatment: Various on Walls, 14" Soffit bass traps; 4" w/1" gap for ceiling (ceiling made the most difference)
Cheap JBL Loft series 5.25" for "Front Wide Heights" (no Atmos over here / smallish room / don't care)

6x 500-series DIYRE Colour Pallettes w/various Colour modules
2x AA 64-point DB25/TT Patchbays ; 2x LittleLab RedCloud DB25 attenuators (16 ch)
Keys/Dedicated VSTi DAW; Bass+rig; 2x Guitars+Marshall Tube rigs + Amplitube
4x Live Vox Mics w/2x 12"+2" monitor wedges on RMX-1850HD + 1x18" JBL sub on QSC-1850HD (also serves as a V-Drum monitor "more me" as needed)
Yamaha Recording Custom Absolute acoustic drums (tight-mic'd) AND electronic V-Drums (w/ dedicated VSTi DAW) - Lights-up the 4x JBL Subs nicely
All of the above is patched and ready to record concurrently at anytime.
Mic-Pres are half-normalled to the ADC's, and are parallel-patched into the Compressors/Colour modules to allow dry and compressed/saturated inputs recorded to separate tracks
