Measuring Mic: Resolution of manufacture provided calibration data?

Hey,

Im looking to buy a measurement microphone for use with REW. While browsing the Thomann catalog and reading reviews, I noticed that several manufacturers advertise to provide individual calibration data for each microphone.
For example, the Audix TM-1 Plus and the Beyerdynamic MM-1.

Since I already own Neumann KH series speakers, Im also considering the Neumann MA 1, as it would allow me to use Neumanns DSP software in the future. Neumann also provides individual calibration data through their website: https://ma1.neumann.com/linearization

Before buying one, though, Im curious about the actual resolution and density of the calibration data each manufacturer provides.
Would anyone with a Neumann MA 1 be willing to download and share their calibration file? The same goes for owners of the Audix TM-1 Plus or Beyerdynamic MM-1 and similar mics.

It would be interesting to compare the files. Obviously Im not interested in the numerical values themselves, but rather in the structure of the data. Things like the frequency spacing, number of measurement points, interpolation, or the overall range/resolution.
The reason Im asking is "simple": Similar to how an equalizer with only a handful of bands can only approximate a response curve, I started wondering whether microphone calibration files are based on a relatively small number of measured frequencies with interpolation between them, or whether the microphone is actually characterized at a very high frequency resolution across the spectrum.
I know the resulting correction curve is ultimately what matters. Im simply curious about how different manufacturers generate and represent that data.

Cheers
