Hypex HFD 5.2.3.18 - Audible Sweep but No Graph (Focusr.Solo 2Gen / Dell 5410)

Hi everyone, champs, pro's and lovers,

I'm hitting a wall with Hypex Filter Design 5.2(.3.18) on a Dell 5410 laptop using a Focusrite Solo 2nd Gen and Sonarworks XRef20 mic.

Problem:
-Successfully trigger measurement sweeps, audible through the speakers.
-'Input' signal bar in the HFD measurement window (if that is what that little bar is, that only appears during the sweep) SEEMS to react to sound (yelling/clapping), so the hardware SEEMS communicating.
-However, the Magnitude and Impulse graphs remain completely blank (and no noise floor was visible in the first place).

In the mean time i got REW working (now i do get resulting graphs), but since HFD is my DSP engine it would be so much more practical to get measurements inside HFD.

Drivers:
Focusrite USB Asio (4.143.0).
Windows Mic Privacy settings ON.

Sync:
Both HFD and Solo locked at 48kHz/24bit.

Hardware:
Solo 'Gain Halo' lights up green;
Signal SEEMS reaching HFD? (verified by the moving colorbar? not sure? graph engine not plotting).

Windows settings:
Disabled 'Intel Smart Sound' (SST) to avoid conflicts. Set Solo to 1-channel mono in Windows Sound properties.

Software:
Ran HFD as Administrator.
Toggled ASIO Safe Mode ON/OFF.
Buffer sizes 156-1024.
HFD feels slow/laggy when the Solo is active.
Mic. calibration file in HFD.
(sometimes shows, sometimes not!)

Since the signal SEEMS to reach the software but not hit the graph, is this a known 'handshake' or timing trigger bug in HFD 5.2?

Anyone experienced bypassing HFD's internal measurement tool and importing REW data instead for FusionAmps, just in case?

Spent the best of two days finding these device's connection and HFD to show some dialog boxes i'm expecting (like, can i start the measurement with some delay, any parameters i can set to manage how and what i measure, etc.).
No luck so far. HFD seems to have glitches, plus interface and HFD don't like each other, at least not when connected through my well worn laptop Dell5410!

Any intel would be greatly appreciated. For info on my project, see posts in Open Baffle Line Array thread.

Should i post this elsewhere?

Tx&cheers!
