I am measuring my woofer, midrange and tweeters for corrections and FIR crossovers. I am using nearfield measuring technique and want to know if I need to use the raw frequency/phase response for use in rePhase and REW or the Minimum Phase response version?

Thanks,

Depends on what you want to do...

In general, however, I think you should want to look at the raw frequency responses first. First individually and then overlayed together. Observe how "flat" the magnitude and phase responses are when the IRs are centered close to their peak (Set t=0 at IR peak) -- thereafter you can apply linearizing FIRs and/or crossovers as well as any additional minimum phase EQ.
