My Element X is cannot connect to WiFI. For the longest time I just used other inputs. I just tried to plug it into ethernet, and no luck. The light comes on, but it is not being listed as a device on my router.
Also, it looks like their website doesn't function. I'd like to download a firmware update and apply it manually. Are they still in business? If anyone has the C12201 (or the latest) firmware and knows how to install it manually, let me know. It would be much appreciated.
