I’m not sure this task is even possible. We are probably talking thousands of companies. In the UK, there have to be a few hundred. In the US, I can’t even guess.
Thousands is not that many from the perspective of modern data. It's work that will take a while, but the method is clear and just takes time.

After waking up and looking at this thread, my first reaction:
giphy.gif

Then I look at how much work i have left to do:

After a minute of self-motivating, I decide to update the list:

After I update the list:

Now, we're rolling!

Then the cycle repeats...

I got bored, and created a master list of speaker vendors/companies around the world. :D

I'm tracking:
-passive unpowered (bookshelves, towers, etc) speaker companies
-active powered (desktop, studio monitors, etc) speaker companies

=>GOOGLE SHEETS LINK<=

Sample:
View attachment 48321

My wish is to see at least one speaker from every speaker company reviewed on ASR. o_O

Please let me know if I made a mistake or you would like to add something. ;)
Quadral in Hanover, Germany. I think they are sold in Canada but not marketed in the USA. They have been around for decades.

Need your opinions!

2 options going forward:
1. Keep the current colour-coding system, which groups countries, and sorts companies according to the country
2. Go back to colour-less and sorted by Company Name, regardless of country
