They go on sale all the time. A good bye. Might be better off in the long run with a couple subs and the smaller JBL of the same line, as long as you have good integration.

Of note is that these appear to be new and not the refurbished ones that are frequently on sale.
Very tempted to get a pair of those subwoofers. 190 dollars shipped for a well-built sub with an F3 of 27hz seems hard to pass up. Wish I could find a good review of it online.

I shared this in the X4700H thread, but thought it worth mentioning here with the new models out. Over at AVS, they have been discussing Denon's trade-in program for the X6700H and X8500H. If you have a Denon from the last five years and have the receipt, you may be able to get a substantial credit towards one of those models. You have to call in. The website hasn't been updated to reflect the program.
