Open-box Revel Concerta2 B10 at Crutchfield for $474. I've eyed getting one of these several times when they're deeply discounted from their normal pricing. They're extremely pretty little boxes, and I mean it's Revel so it's got to be good right? The -3dB mark of 35Hz is somewhat underwhelming, though, even for a 10" subwoofer. On the other hand, it does have the built-in (single-band?) EQ so could potentially use that to pump up the low end a bit? Conflicted. Current sub is a HSU STF-2 that's over a decade old.

Well, I went ahead and bought the Revel B10. It seems like an incredible deal, despite the relatively limited extension. The amp has tons of power, and I can only assume it's a well built enclosure and high quality driver. And if I end up not liking it, that's what the 60-day return is for.
