Got something different this time. It's usually $16.99 per month, but 30 percent off the Asurion extended warranty package. I just found out they had this, it's not the normal cover one item plan. It's a monthly fee, but it covers electronics and other things you've already bought on Amazon in the last two years, as well as future purchases. There's no limit on the number of items they cover, and they show the payout limits per year, and anything over $500 has a $100 service fee. It stays in effect a month after you cancel. This could be good if you bought something expensive on Amazon, and it broke outside of warranty.

Yep, adding to my list of niche discounted products. I learned about Nuarl from Scarbir's review of the N6 Pro2, which is still on his top 5 best sounding list (reg $135 half off). He also reviewed the smaller IPX rated Mini 2SE....(4.5 stars $145 half off). Scarbir is imho the by far the best place for objective feature & honest subjective sound reviews.

Note, the reviews are from 2021 so other brands may have advanced since. Scarbir updates his ratings/rankings as time passes, so he still values them.

Nuarl is a small Japanese audiophile TWS brand with exclusive drivers and technologies and a very good ears doing the final tuning. Amazon's price history shows they are only discounted briefly for Amazon sales, so the coupon price drops are real. Only the N10 Pro/Plus and Next 1 have ANC I think.

I just ordered a HiVi-Swans DIY 3 (NOT 3.1a) speaker kit @ the Prime Day price of $271.99, which is supposedly 20% off. Apparently the kit has been revised to include the Sehlin Perfectionist Crossover mod parts. There's only a dozen left at the time of this post.

Additions and Changes Make These Speakers Sound Its Best
  • All crossover components glued to the board to reduce vibration.
  • The largest coil was glue coated to eliminate distortion caused by loose coil turns.
  • Component values of the crossover changed following the "Perfectionist" alignment.

That's interesting, thanks for posting this.

There is often a language barrier when dealing with HiVi listings, and it is not clear to me when reading this whether these are modifications already made to the kit, or changes they recommend you consider to get best performance.

Please let us know on the 3.1 thread what you get when it arrives. Did you get the original crossover values or Sehlin values, and were they pre-glued?
