Master "deals" (massdrop, ebay, Amazon, etc.) Thread on Audio Product Sales

This is a legit deal... $800 a piece for KEF Q950s.

I was checking out a page here that did tear-downs on USB chargers to get some spares for all the DAC's I get in. Then I found a place on eBay that pulls the chargers from cell phones to avoid fakes. I got a five pack for $10 with shipping

Tested so far with the Topping D50 and it sounds just as good as the battery power brick I use for testing, and better than the USB hub on the monitor (pausing a song and turning up the volume I could hear a noise floor drawing power from the hub, but not with the charger). Maybe the Topping P50 works fine, but I'm not spending $120 on it.

Woot has the Klipsch R-15pm powered monitors for $249 currently. Features include RCA/phono input, optical input, bluetooth, subwoofer output, USB DAC, bluetooth.

The remote sucks but they're a pretty good medium sized speaker option for spare room, desktop (if you have a larger sized desk), etc. Nice all-in-one solution at a pretty good price. These went out of production for about a year (replaced by R-51pm) but for some reason Klipsch has started cranking these out again. As a comparison, Crutchfield has them for $275. Original MSRP was $499 but they typically sold for $399.

I've had 3 pair, with the oldest being just under 5 years old. No issues other than the ****** remote and a rather lengthy delay when connecting to bluetooth. Once the speakers 'wake up' bluetooth is fine thereafter.

HiVi-Swans M300 - Powered Bookshelf Speakers

$317.99 is 40% off. Good deal IMO, I have these speakers & for the money (especially on sale) they sound very good, a bit bright but with a little EQ they are warm & to me wonderful. If you ever wanted to try powered speakers this maybe a good time.

Stupid Deal of the Day, available till midnight Pacific Time:

JBL 305P MKII Super White 5" Powered Studio Monitor (Each) $99.99

(Is "Super" some model improvement designation, or are they just "Super White"? Hmmm...I think the latter...)

As usual, with deals that are past their hour, the sale price won't show until until you put them in your cart:

Not really. Just a flakey website. If you are careful what you are clicking on to insure that is only for the Extender, the price is $224.10. If you are not careful and click on the combo of Pre90 and Extender, you get the price for the combo.

I have seen that and clicked on it, only to discover it is for the extender only. It is a bit confusing for sure.

Adorama just put the Hifiman HE6se on sale new for $499 which is the lowest I've ever seen them, including the last few black Fridays.

If you have a tax resale certificate they also accept them to get tax exempt status for purchases.
