Master "deals" (massdrop, ebay, Amazon, etc.) Thread on Audio Product Sales

I have these on my desk right now, love 'em and they don't take up a lot of desktop real estate
The ones I had I gave to one of my kids for his bedroom. They are still working perfectly after almost 10 yrs. All I ever had to do to them was replace the 3.5mm plug ( it got pinched somehow where the wire meets the plug).
Like you I really enjoyed them, either running off the computer or tv. Every time I used them, I was always thinking I can't believe these are Klipsch and sound so good.

Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX Certified Computer Speaker System - found a set on clearance at Costco for $49.00. New, unopened box. Did not look to see if there were others.
Of course I had to buy it...

I'd get another set at that price as a spare, the set I have now is 6 or 7 yrs old. I need to check Costco

I trust buydig.com about 100 times more than the BBB. My only contact with the BBB is them trying to extract money from me.
Of course, but there are websites which post these crazy deals on brand new products and it’s bs. You check bbb and it shows you people order and product is never sent or they don’t even have BBB.

I didn’t do the full investigation, just put it out there. Typically they use a business address as a home when you look it up, it’s a random house god knows where. Second, they use Gmail emails, no social media, but the website shows all this posted as photos mimicking a reputable online retailer.. secure transactions, bbb certified, yet when you click on them nothing happens. It’s just a photo, when it should be an active link.

I mean I’m sure you guys know about this, but first thing I saw on BBB someone purchased something for a 400 and got charged 500 lol raised red flags.

“the Monitor and order total was suppose to be $444.67. I was charged $542.66 a difference of $97.99. I tried to get a refund of the difference because I wanted to keep the monitor but I was told that it was a glitch and that was an error. Than I was told to wait for it to ship and return it for a full refund.”

If you read further he got refunded 444.67 but paid 542 and lost 97.99.

But I see now that buydig is owned by beach camera or was, they are a reputable dealer.

I would always check Reseller Ratings first. If you find the company has a thousand reviews or more, then you're getting a better picture from them than you will from BBB. And Reseller Ratings has been a good resource for a long time.
