Head-Fi seems to think they are a good headphone for under $50, and are a clone of the ISK MDH9000
Based on Reference Audio Analyzer Pro's measurements, they would seem to be a warm, bassy headphone

They are not bad for $40. Comfy and easy to listen to. Apart from the mids, there was something else going on in the treble region that made cymbals sound a bit artificial - like lossy compression was always applied. My attempts to mix with these were an absolute disaster, but for casual listening they are fine.
BTW, they also look a lot like Audio Technica ATH-m50x, which Oratory measured here ...
