Marantz SR- 8300 AVR or a Denon AVR 4802 R

I have an opportunity to purchase the following 2 Receivers: Marantz SR- 8300 AVR or a Denon AVR 4802 R? I will be running this 2 channels only. The speakers I will be driving will be a pair of Canton CT-800's. This system will be in my great room up stairs connected to the TV and a DVD player for movies. I realize the Denon supplies more power but I believe I have the same issue with regard to the 4 Ohm nominal load for the speakers. Will this be a problem between the 2 receivers? Considering my load/application, which receiver will be the better option? Thanks, Mike
