I am configuring a new Marantz Cinema 30.
Apple TV and Oppo 203 configure flawlessly and operate perfectly.
I cannot get a Windows 10 PC to display through the Cinema 30 to an LG G2.
I have updated the Intel 630 Graphics Driver. Firmware on both the Marantz and LG are current. Have tried multiple HDMI cables. Rebooted all machines and tried different power-on orders.
The PC will display when I connect HDMI directly to the LG so I believe that an HDMI signal is properly output from the PC.
Has anyone observed this issue and can you offer me any advice?
Thanks very much for any help!

Thanks for the shoutout.
I have considered HDCP but I haven't been able to devise a fix. HDCP seems a likely suspect, but I can't locate the suspect and bring it in for an interview.
I've tried different configs on both the Marantz and PC but no luck.

What about if you connect the Win10 PC to the TV direct and send the audio back to the Cinema 30, either by Toslink out (on the TV), or the HDMI ARC (audio return channel) connection?

I have considered eARC but I prefer to use my Harmony One remote. Toslink doesn't provide adequate bandwidth for Dolby Atmos, correct? Thanks for those suggestions.

"Enhanced" is the default video signal format. Have you tried "8k Enhanced" on the Cinema 30?

Thanks for the suggestion.
I am not a computer expert by any means, but isn't it more likely an issue with the PC? EDID? I think 630 Graphics is HDMI 1.4. Maybe I have to lower the refresh rate? Or somehow match one to the other?
Thanks again.

That's why I suggested 8k Enhanced (should cover nearly every base). Of course you could always downgrade your video to the Enhanced spec of 4k 60Hz, etc. per the table in the link I provided!

Edit: I missed the fact that you're using integrated graphics. Go get yourself a decent Nvidia or ATI video card!

If something is not on the PC it maybe a sharing issue in windows 10. I had that problem with my NAS and had to give it credentials (user/password for the computer) in sharing on Win 11. Far from an expert on these things.

If it plays on the TV with a direct HDMI connection, you got the input on the Marantz messed up. Usually you plug in the PC and can send any video to the TV. Try the Front Aux i if there is one. The Marantz/ Denon menue is nice and easy to configurate, but has some hidden features that can give you problems where you do not expect them. Sometimes pulling the power plug for 20 seconds helps to set things straight. If nothing helps, do a full factory reset.

If it works when you connect to display and ARC back the audio, I would not loose a lifetime troubleshooting. Your PC obviously has so many drivers and ways for things to go wrong, and how other components in your system interpret that mess could/is different.

I have exactly the same problem with my PC and AVR (an old Marantz SR5005). No PC video through the receiver. Tried different graphics cards, to no avail. All other sources work fine through the AVR.

The only solution was to connect the PC directly to the TV - and then use a toslink cable to connect the TV audio to the AVR.
