Hello members! @MAMORITAI Audio is a brother brand of Fosi Audio, focused on high-end audio. Our first high-end headphone amp/preamp, the Euphony, is currently available on Kickstarter. Amir has already reviewed Euphony, and to give ASR members the chance to experience this meticulously crafted amp/preamp firsthand, we’re excited to invite you to join our Euphony audition tour!

Audition Tour Details:
1. Since every unit is hand-assembled and tuned by our engineers, the production is limited. We will initially run the tour in the U.S., but interested members from other regions are welcome to apply, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

2. There is no cost for participants; we will cover all expenses involved in the tour.

3. Each participant can test the Euphony free of charge for 7 to 15 days.

4. After the trial, we’ll invite participants to complete a short survey to help us better understand their experience and feedback. We also encourage participants to share their impressions with the community.

5. To ensure the Euphony sample unit remains in optimal condition throughout the tour, we kindly ask each participant to handle it with care.

6. We recommend pairing the Euphony with high-end, high-impedance headphones for the best experience, including but not limited to:
• Focal Utopia
• Audeze LCD-5
• Final D8000Pro
• HIFIMAN Susvara
• Sennheiser HD800S/800

I think we can let that one slide. Everyone knows (now at least) that Mamoritai Audio is a sub-brand of Fosi Audio. No deception going on here.

Have you not seen the recent wild advertisement campaign by this vendor that uses newly-created accounts to publish ads disguised as "reviews" on ASR? I reported some of them, and they were taken down. This vendor is in my personal black list now, and I hope to see it banned from ASR altogether, with no reviews to be allowed here, sponsored or independent.

It is basically a sponsored review in that case. You get something, and in exchange you are expected to post 'reviews' on sites like this one.

Most don't come here to read that, and we aren't looking to encourage it.

What has that got to do with random people posting compensated reviews on this and every other audio site as part of the deal with being a 'tester?' It just dilutes the value of the proper reviews people expect when they come here.

Don't you know how it works? Will you be scrutinizing when approached with such a generous offer? And I had yet to see in these numerous posts any signs of an objectivist approach to reviewing and testing.

I like Fosi products and support their endeavour to cater for the higher price segment with the MAMORITAI. I have backed several of their kickstarter launch including the Euphony.

Every first product will have areas to improve, which is what Fosi wish to do with actual user experience via invited survey and encouragement to share impressions. They didn’t make the survey and sharing as contractual obligation.

OK. I think this is what they call affiliation by investment in the business world.

It's not about their products. It's about their attempts to use this site and this community as a free advertisement platform, while not being transparent about it. So it's a matter of ethics and fair business practices. But I can be wrong. Maybe it is the way they are used to do business over there in Shenzhen.
